Its shallow flats and numerous back-country creeks and mangrove shorelines are located just an hours drive from Orlando and just 30 minutes south of Daytona beach. This area holds some of the best sight-fishing oppurtunities for Redfish and Sea Trout as well as fishing the back-country for lunker Snook along the mangrove shorelines; and not to mention, the Tarpon action as the days get hotter. |

Among these fishy residents you'll also see Manatees, Porpoise, Herons, Ospreys, Eagles, Alligators, and the occasional shark. A rich, beautiful, and unique ecosystem, Mosquito Lagoon has a lot to offer the light tackle angler. And if something a little different is on your mind, I also offer nightime fishing trips for Snook, Trout, Redfish, and Tarpon under the bridges and docks along the Intracoastal. Something different to beat the heat of the day in the summer, but this kind of fishing is good year round. |
